Shipping & Pickup Policy

Local Customers — Pickup / Local Delivery Options
If you are a local customer, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout (when available).
- Pickup coordination: After your order is placed, we will contact you using the email and/or phone number you provide to arrange a pickup meeting time/location.
- Local delivery (if offered): In some cases, we may also coordinate a local meet-up or delivery instead of pickup. If available, we’ll confirm details with you after purchase.
- Timing: Please allow a little time after placing your order for us to reach out and schedule a time that works.
Important: Make sure your contact information at checkout is accurate so we can set up pickup/delivery without delays.
Non-Local Customers — Shipping
If you are not local, your order will be shipped to the address you enter at checkout.
- Shipping cost: Shipping charges are calculated based on current carrier rates and may reflect Pirate Ship’s live rates and/or the shipping method you select at checkout.
- Method selection: You’ll see available shipping options (and their prices) during checkout when applicable.
- Rate changes: Shipping rates can change based on package size/weight, destination, and carrier pricing. The total shown at checkout is what you’ll pay for shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared for pickup or shipment as soon as possible. If an item is made-to-order or requires extra handling time, we’ll reach out with an updated timeline.
Address Accuracy
For shipped orders, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
